Description:
Looking for Receptionist – Arabic Speaker to be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE
- Handle the front office – appropriately directing all visitors, including vendors, clients, candidates, and customers.
- Screen Incoming calls, direct them to appropriate departments, and take accurate and complete messages.
- Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
- Manage the daily routine/mission of the drivers.
- Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the Office Boys.
- Order and Manage the Office Stationery supplies.
- Booking of meeting rooms.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Provide general office/administrative duties and assist various departments in the administrative job, such as typing, copying, scanning, filing, data entry, payment request preparation, etc.
- Monitor and arrange the monthly dues related to the office (Electricity, Internet, etc.)
- Handle Travel, Air ticket & Hotel arrangements when required.
- Update / Monitor the office’s attendance record.
- Assist HR, Facility & Finance Department in terms of administrative tasks.
- Must be an Arabic Speaker
