Receptionist

 

Description:

We are looking at onboarding a bilingual receptionist for our corporate office.

 

Responsibilities

· The Bilingual Receptionist will be the front face of the office and must be able to:

· Welcoming and assisting visitors/clients

· Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person

· Attending to calls, screening, forwarding incoming phone calls, and performing other tasks such as filing, photocopying, etc.

· Maintaining and Performing General Office administration duties

· Ensuring a safe and orderly reception area

· Assisting colleagues with their administrative tasks.

· Ensuring the meeting rooms are filled with required stationeries and water, etc.,

· Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email in regard to the product/property or any other inquiries

· Sending the internal memo to the staff and maintaining the staff s attendance

· Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock

· Coordinating and arranging the travel and accommodations.

· Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.

· Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

 

Qualifications

· Good communication skills in English and Arabic.

· Customer Focus.

· Results Orientation.

· Well organized

· Friendly and polite

· Efficient

· Able to multi-task

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint.

· Excellent communication skills

· Must have at least 1- 2 years administrative work experience.
