Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist at the Spinal Health Centre in Dubai. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, providing administrative support, handling phone calls with proper etiquette, communication, executive administrative assistance, and utilizing clerical skills in daily tasks.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the reception desk, greet clients, customers, and patients with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
- Handle phone calls with proper etiquette and professionalism.
- Manage communication, including responding to emails and coordinating with patients and staff.
- Assist with executive administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Utilize clerical skills to manage files, prepare documents, and maintain records.
- Support the team with any other administrative duties as required.
**Qualifications:**
- Strong Receptionist and Administrative Assistance skills.
- Experience standing at a reception desk and comfortable with face-to-face communication with customers, clients, and patients.
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills.
- Proficient in Clerical Skills.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Experience in a healthcare or similar setting is a plus.
- Minimum of a high school diploma, associate's degree preferred.
