Hiring Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors, managing front desk operations, and providing excellent customer service. This role involves handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and performing various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting Visitors, address and resolve visitor and client inquiries or concerns.
  • Provide information about the company, products, or services.
  • Managing phone calls, assisting customer and client through email and calls
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Assist in basic bookkeeping and data entry tasks as needed.
  • Maintain visitor logs and confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and documents as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
