Position: Receptionist

Location: Dubai

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries efficiently.
  • Manage scheduling of meetings and appointments, and coordinate conference room bookings.
  • Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and organization.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Support various departments with clerical duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
  • A professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Note: Candidates with Home Country Experience also considered.
