Overview: We are seeking a vibrant and dedicated Receptionist to join our wellness center. As the first point of contact for our establishment, the Receptionist plays a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere for our clients. This position involves handling administrative tasks, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the efficient operation of our center.

Responsibilities:

Front Desk Operations:

Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a hospitable and professional welcome.

Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.

Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects our center's ambiance.

Appointment Scheduling and Coordination:

Schedule appointments accurately using our booking system.

Coordinate and confirm appointments, ensuring clients receive timely reminders.

Manage changes or cancellations efficiently, accommodating client needs as necessary.

Client Support and Assistance:

Provide information about our services, programs, and practitioners to clients.

Assist clients with inquiries, addressing concerns or redirecting them to the appropriate staff member.

Handle client intake forms and ensure accurate documentation.

Administrative Support:

Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.

Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless center operations.

Collaboration and Communication:

Liaise with practitioners and other staff to ensure smooth client flow and service delivery.

Communicate effectively with team members to relay important information or updates.
