Receptionist Cum Admin

 

Description:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Receptionist cum Admin to manage the front desk and assist with contract administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office reception duties, creating and managing client proposals and contracts, and supporting various administrative tasks.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the relevant team members.
  • Contract Administration: Draft, review, and manage client proposals and contracts using the company’s system, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Track contract deadlines, renewals, and updates while maintaining organized records.
  • Ensure the reception area is well-maintained and presentable.
  • Provide general administrative support, such as data entry, document management, and filing.
  • Assist with other office-related tasks as needed.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist, front office, or administrative role.
  • Experience in contract administration or proposal management is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
