We are excited to announce an open position for a Receptionist cum Admin Assistant at our Dubai branch! We’re looking for a professional, organized, and proactive individual who will be the first point of contact for visitors and provide vital administrative support to our growing team.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

✨ Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a professional and friendly demeanor
✨ Answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and direct them accordingly
✨ Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for the team
✨ Assist with office management, including handling supplies and mail
✨ Provide administrative support, including document management
✨ Ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the office

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:

✅ Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role
✅ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
✅ Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
✅ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
✅ A positive and professional attitude with excellent customer service skills
