Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reception Administration position located in Dubai.
The Reception Administrator will be responsible for :
- managing front desk operations,
- greeting and assisting visitors,
- answering phone calls, scheduling appointments
- providing administrative support to the team.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of office equipment and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
