Hiring Receptionist/Admin Assistant
Salary: up to AED 5,000 + Benefits
IDO is recruiting a highly organized and personable Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our team. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the front office and the reception areas are presentable at all times,
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences, and conference calls,
- Maintain the meeting room booking system and allocate accordingly,
- Receive telephone calls, re-direct them as appropriate, and take adequate messages,
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation,
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars,
- Managing office supplies and ordering inventory as needed,
- Managing a small team of office assistants and drivers.
The ideal candidate should have:
- 3 years of prior experience in reception or administrative support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively
- Knowledge of Arabic is highly desirable
