Job Requirements:
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the Architecture, Infrastructure, or Urban Design Consultancy industry.

Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Source, screen, and evaluate candidate resumes and applications.
- Interviewing: Conduct phone and in-person interviews with candidates.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
- Talent Acquisition: Develop relationships with universities, job fairs, and other talent acquisition avenues.
- Database Management: Maintain candidate databases and manage the recruitment process.
- Background Checks: Conduct reference and background checks on potential hires.
- Onboarding: Handle offer negotiations and the onboarding process for new hires.
