Description:

This position will work for an in-house team within the hospitality sector.

 

  • Develop talent pools in source markets like China and other Mandarin-speaking countries.
  • Create market maps and engage passive talent.
  • Work with the hiring manager to understand their requirements.
  • Publish vacancies on the external career section, job boards and agency portals.
  • Source for candidates in the ATS and job boards.
  • Approach passive candidates for niche and difficult-to-source roles.
  • Maintain a network of industry contacts to identify potential candidates for the pipeline.
  • Screen applicant CVs received through different channels to shortlist for tele-screening.
  • Administer skill assessments to candidates directly and/or through agencies.
  • Arrange skill-based tests with candidates directly and /or through agencies for specific roles.
  • Organize assessment centres.
  • Lead recruitment trips overseas in different locations as assigned.
  • Get involved in other projects as may be assigned from time to time.

 

Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin
  • Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Human Resources
  • Two to five years’ Talent Acquisition in-house or agency
  • Interviewing

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, fun, and busy environment managing multiple deadlines
