Description:
This position will work for an in-house team within the hospitality sector.
- Develop talent pools in source markets like China and other Mandarin-speaking countries.
- Create market maps and engage passive talent.
- Work with the hiring manager to understand their requirements.
- Publish vacancies on the external career section, job boards and agency portals.
- Source for candidates in the ATS and job boards.
- Approach passive candidates for niche and difficult-to-source roles.
- Maintain a network of industry contacts to identify potential candidates for the pipeline.
- Screen applicant CVs received through different channels to shortlist for tele-screening.
- Administer skill assessments to candidates directly and/or through agencies.
- Arrange skill-based tests with candidates directly and /or through agencies for specific roles.
- Organize assessment centres.
- Lead recruitment trips overseas in different locations as assigned.
- Get involved in other projects as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Human Resources
- Two to five years’ Talent Acquisition in-house or agency
- Interviewing

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, fun, and busy environment managing multiple deadlines
