As a Recruiter at Metropolitan, you will be a key contributor to our team, ensuring the seamless recruitment of talented individuals who will play a crucial role in achieving our sales targets and maintaining our reputation as a top-selling broker in the UAE real estate market.
What you’ll do:
- Identify and attract top-performing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability for real estate sales roles, ensuring alignment with our company values and sales expectations.
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand team dynamics, sales goals, and hiring needs, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely and constructive feedback to candidates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in recruiting in Real Estate, preferably within the UAE market.
- Preferably bilingual, priority will be given to candidates who speak Mandarin (Chinese) Language.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills to establish connections within the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey the company's values and opportunities to potential candidates.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting recruitment targets and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
