We are looking for a proactive and dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet our company’s hiring needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to build relationships with potential hires.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles

• Source candidates through online channels and job boards

• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs

• Maintain a pool of potential candidates for future hiring needs

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field

• Experience in recruitment or similar HR roles is preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
