• Build & grow a client portfolio of organisations with recruitment needs
• Consult & engage with clients to understand their needs
• Network in industry & sector to become an expert in the market
• Identify & attract potential candidates
• Interview candidates to understand their requirements

The Successful Applicant

• Demonstrated recruitment experience - minimum one year experience working for a recruitment firm in the GCC.
• Outstanding communication skills - verbal and written. ENGLISH MUST BE FLUENT.
• Confident within a target driven environment
• Career driven
• Ability to work part of a team as well as autonomously
• Strong academic background
• Proven track record of success
