We are a leading staffing and recruitment firm and we are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent in a variety of industries.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business needs and help them identify and hire top talent
- Source and attract candidates using various sourcing strategies, including social media, job boards, and professional networks
- Conduct initial screenings, interview candidates, and provide recommendations to clients for hiring
- Manage the full life cycle of the recruitment process, including offer negotiations and onboarding
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, building a network of professional contacts to support future business growth
- Meet and exceed targets and KPIs to ensure the success of the business
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an agency setting
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-driven and highly motivated with a proven track record of success in recruitment
- Knowledge of the latest recruitment tools and technologies
