You will utilise your expertise and network to build strong relationships with schools and educational institutions in the UK, understand their staffing requirements, and source top-tier candidates to meet those needs. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with UK schools to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Utilise diverse recruitment channels, including local networks, job boards, social media, and our extensive candidate database, to identify and engage top-quality candidates.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability for specific roles.
- Facilitate a seamless recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and clients.
- Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with UK schools and educational professionals, acting as a dedicated recruitment advisor.
- Stay informed about UK education trends, policies, and job market dynamics.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in education recruitment or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationship-building with UK clients and candidates.
