Description:
In this high-impact role, you’ll be responsible for driving recruitment efforts across the Middle East. You will leverage your regional knowledge, existing local relationships, and understanding of the cultural nuances to build relationships with clients and source top talent across technology markets, focusing on both contract and permanent roles.
Key Responsibilities:
🔵 Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, from sourcing to candidate placement in technology roles.
🔵 Cultivate and grow client relationships, identifying new business opportunities in the MENA region.
🔵 Travel across the Middle East (travel expenses covered) to strengthen connections and expand client portfolios.
🔵 Develop strategies to attract and retain high-quality candidates for competitive tech markets.
Requirements:
🔵 3+ years of experience in technology recruitment.
🔵 Proven expertise in the Middle Eastern tech recruitment market, with existing local relationships and a strong local network.
🔵 Native or fluent Arabic speaker.
🔵 Deep understanding of the local cultural landscape and nuances.
🔵 Remote position; based in the MENA region.
