Hiring Recruitment Coordinator on urgent basis.
Job Location: Business Bay, Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Screen and interview candidates to identify the right fit for the organization.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, both in-person and remote.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date candidate database.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in the development and execution of recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and various job portals.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
