Hiring Recruitment Coordinator on urgent basis.

Job Location: Business Bay, Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Screen and interview candidates to identify the right fit for the organization.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, both in-person and remote.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date candidate database.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in the development and execution of recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and various job portals.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
