Key aspects of the role include:
- Responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies and plans in alignment with the company's talent acquisition goals.
- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
- Utilize various sourcing channels such as online job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry events to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Screen and assess applicants' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit through interviews, phone screenings, and assessments.
- Conduct background checks and verify references to ensure candidate suitability and integrity.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assess interview feedback, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines to support future hiring needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition, and implement innovative approaches to improve the overall recruitment process.
- Provide regular reports and metrics on recruitment activities, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire, to management.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role, preferably within the UAE market.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and employment legislation.
- Strong understanding of various job boards, social media platforms, and recruitment tools.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving recruitment targets and KPIs.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS software.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
