Min 8 years experience , We are looking for a skilled and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our HR team. As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire recruitment process to attract and hire top talent for our organization. You will play a critical role in developing effective recruitment strategies, building strong candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies and plans to meet the organization's talent acquisition needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and create comprehensive job descriptions and specifications.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, conducting background checks, and making job offers.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing techniques and talent acquisition strategies.
- Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on best practices in interviewing, candidate assessment, and selection.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovative recruitment techniques to continuously improve the recruitment process and attract top talent.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors to support hiring needs as necessary.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree in HR management is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Recruitment Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software for managing the recruitment process.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with hiring managers, candidates, and external vendors.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities to assess candidates' qualifications and make informed hiring decisions.
- Proven experience in employer branding and utilizing social media and other platforms to attract talent.
- Professional certifications in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are highly desirable.
