Recruitment Manager

 

Description:

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish. This includes client acquisition, job requisition, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement.

 

You will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop effective strategies to attract top talent. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, along with a proactive and results-driven approach.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients through various channels.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their recruitment needs and business objectives.
  • Obtain detailed job descriptions and person specifications from clients.
  • Advertise job vacancies through various platforms, including job boards, social media, and company website.
  • Utilize creative methods to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Proactively source candidates through databases, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability for specific roles.
  • Evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit for client organizations.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews, providing guidance and feedback.
  • Facilitate the placement process, ensuring a smooth transition for both clients and candidates.
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets for recruitment services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's client base.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company's services.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role or similar position.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software, job boards, and social media platforms.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
