Hiring Recruitment Officer
Location: Dubai, UAE
Contract Duration: 6 months (subject to renewal)
Open to All Nationalities
Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Specialized Hiring: Focus on recruiting for the following roles:
- Academic Positions: Lecturers, Assistant Professors, Associate Professors, Educators.
- Administrative Roles: Procurement, Strategy, Project Management, Facilities Management.
- Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to source candidates.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and deliver top talent within tight timelines.
Candidate Profile:
Experience:
- Must have hands-on experience in core recruitment functions, with a focus on specialized and professional roles.
- Experience in in-house recruitment is essential.
- Exclusions: Candidates with predominantly blue-collar recruiting experience will not be considered.
Skills:
- Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
