Position: Recruitment Specialist

• Minimum 3 years of work experience as a recruiter, (either an in house recruiter, or staffing agency recruiter)
• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in management or administration
• Solid Ability to conducts different types of interviews (structured, competency based etc.)
• Hand on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone Interviewing, reference check etc.)
• Familiarity with HR database, Applicant tracking system ATS and candidate management system CMS
• Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
• Strong decision making skills
• Nationality: Arab Nationals (Due to diversity reasons)
• Location: Arjan, Al Barsha South Dubai
