Description:
As a Regional Account Manager, you will be pivotal in expanding our market presence and enhancing customer relations. This role requires a strategic balance between Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C/B2B2C) approaches, along with a talent for identifying growth opportunities and fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development (70% B2B Focus):
- Lead generation and follow-up within targeted markets.
- Handling incoming leads and working on the current target market list.
- Negotiate and finalize Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with key enterprises.
- Manage corporate accounts, aiming to exceed sales targets.
- Handling day-to-day inquiries & and bookings.
- Utilize HubSpot CRM for tracking, follow-ups, and reporting (Daily).
Sales and Customer Management (30% B2C/B2B2C Focus):
- Proactively generate leads and manage customer inquiries.
- Ensure seamless coordination with hotels and serviced apartments.
- Drive sales by closing deals, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Maintain sales activity and target reporting in HubSpot CRM.
Hotel Partnership Management:
- Onboard new hotel partners, managing contracts and negotiations.
- Oversee pricing strategies and collection processes.
- Generate leads for new partnerships and manage ongoing relationships.
- Manage partnership details and reporting using HubSpot CRM.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English, Russian and English, or French and English.
- At least 10 years of experience in account management within tech, hospitality, or real estate sectors.
- Customer service experience is an advantage.
- Digital Native with a strong ability to use digital platforms professionally.
- Ability to engage effectively with decision-makers.
- In-depth knowledge of the United Arab Emirates locations and hospitality sector.
- Strong presentation skills, with an ability to communicate effectively to diverse audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related fields.
