Duties & responsibilities:

• Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand our customer base and instill our strong presence in the market.
• Create, manage and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and manage a successful sales team.
• Coach, mentor and develop your team's skills and support them to meet or exceed the sales targets.

To be successful in this role you must have:

• BS/MS degree in business administration, finance, sales, marketing or any related field.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Extensive experience in the financial markets preferably within a brokerage firm.
• Proven record of planning and sealing deals.
• Results-oriented & strong analytical skills.
• Ability to build trustful, effective relationships with clients.
• Strong negotiation skills.
