Regional Manager

 

Description:

The regional manager of the company’s global distributor management COE, will lead led the regional prioritization, implementation and tracking of the global distributor management strategies and initiatives. Responsibilities include participating in the design, and implementation of the global distributor management strategy and vision, establishing processes to manage distributor relationships, enabling capabilities improvement and full alignment to corporate strategy and world-class customer service. Effectively lead and influence cross-functional and multicultural teams to enable the distributor channel to be successful in growing the brand’s market share and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing...
 

  • Contribute to global distributor management strategy development and execution including design, implementation, and alignment to business needs.
  • Provide deep regional market and channels understanding as well as establish and maintain strong connections with regional sales teams to best adapt/connect global vision to local reality.
  • Lead local execution of global distributor management framework encompassing the 14 key development areas while prioritizing regional needs and enabling a progressive approach.
  • Monitor, coordinate and ensure tactical implementation of distributor strategies to drive commercial excellence and distributor engagement.
  • Engage and coordinate with local support functions to enable channel readiness and ensure a seamless service and integration with our distributor partners.
  • Track, measure, and communicate KPIs including coverage, mix, capability score, retention, profitability, and share.
     

What You'll Bring...
 

  • A strong track record of progressively responsible roles, international experience, and a successful history of managing regional distribution networks is essential.
  • Industry-specific knowledge and expertise is required.
  • Direct, relevant experience of between 5 - 7 years or more within distributor management, indirect sales and commercial leadership experience is required to include:
