Brief description The Regional Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing communication plans to promote CHINT products, systems and services, and brand. To achieve brand visibility and promote demand generation and sustainable profitable growth for CHINT in the whole middle East and Africa region.
Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute integrated marketing communication strategies and campaigns to promote CHINT products and brands. also work on implementation of new product/industry solutions launch. • Plan and lead design and delivery of regional marketing activities such as exhibitions, seminars, promotions, and evaluating marketing activities' effectiveness. • Responsible for overseeing and promoting the company's VI program implementation, exploring, and refining product promotion ideas and selling points, and developing regional promotional messages. • Lead regional marketing automation projects, collecting regional market activity leads, leads conversion monitoring and full life cycle cultivation of potential customers, and improving leads conversion. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and creative departments, to develop effective marketing communication plans. • Create engaging content for various marketing digital channels, including social media, website, blog, email marketing, SEO, including content creation, community management, and analytics tracking. leads generation and ATL activity promotion etc.; and printed collateral, adhering to brand guidelines. • Coordinate and manage the production of marketing materials / collateral, working closely with internal stakeholders within CHINT and partners, and with external agencies and vendors. • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for innovative marketing communication strategies. • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Think creatively and propose innovative tools and ideas to enhance CHINT brand visibility and generate business demand. • Respect and deploy company branding guidelines and messaging across all marketing communication channels. • Manage the company's public relations activities, including media relations, press releases, and press conferences. • Collaborate with the sales team and product management to develop sales support materials, presentations, and training materials. • Develop and lead customer activities like conferences, visits as well as branding of CHINT and partners locations. • Lead and empower the Marcom team in countries, responsible for creating collaborative approach of work with the team and synergy. Foster the professional development of the team to continuously develop skills and expertise and support career development aspirations.
Qualifications and requirements • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus. • 10 years’ experience in Marketing, preferably in multinational context with deep understanding of marketing principles,
