MedPro Staffing is seeking passionate and experienced Operation Theatre Nurses (OT Nurses) to join our client in Dubai, U.A.E

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive perioperative care for surgical patients (pre-op, intra-op, post-op)
• Ensure operating room is sterile and prepared for procedures
• Assist surgeons during surgery with instrument handling and maintaining a sterile field
• Monitor patient vital signs and assess their condition
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control procedures

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the UAE or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operating room nursing
• Strong knowledge of aseptic technique and sterile procedures
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
