About the Role:
We seek a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care, manage administrative tasks, and oversee reception duties.

Key Responsibilities:
· Patient Care:
1. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and physical examinations.
2. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
4. Monitor patient conditions and promptly respond to changes.
5. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, medications, and self-care practices.
6. Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their loved ones.

· Administrative and Reception Management:
1. Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and generating reports.
2. Oversee reception duties, such as answering phone calls, greeting patients, and directing visitors.
3. Coordinate with insurance providers and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient care.
4. Handle billing and insurance approvals processing.

Qualifications:
· Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Dubai
· Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
· Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
· Experience in administrative and reception duties is preferred
