Description:
- New Acquisitions: To register new Corporate and HNI Customers, maintain the relationships and to enhance the Corporate & HNI Customer Revenue Base.
- Reactivations: To activate the inactive Corporate Customers, maintain the relationships and to enhance the Corporate Customer Revenue Base.
- Corporate Relationship Management (CRM): Develop and maintain effective commercial relationships with the allotted set of existing Corporate Clients and to enhance the Corporate & HNI Customer Revenue Base by increasing the business share and by cross selling other products and services.
- Ensure Periodical Reports to be sent to the Line Manager in the prescribed formats.
- Cross- sell other products to the existing & new clients.
- Achieve revenue and financial targets for the assigned area/stores through marketing and business development opportunities.
Financial:
- Ensure all set targets are achieved, through a solution orientated approach.
- Identify risks and escalate any issues through the appropriate channel including those which have a financial impact on the business.
Process and Operations:
- Generate, build and maintain the lead database through various marketing activities to ensure the proper follow up on leads to improve the corporate business.
- Participate in marketing events such as trade show and seminars for the brand image of the Company.
- Support the newly opened stores in creating awareness to strengthen the business.
Customer Focus:
- Acquire new customers from the assigned market and retain existing customers through delivering service excellence.
- Respond to customer requirements/complaints in a timely and professional manner ensuring resolution of issues.
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction is achieved through daily interactions.
- Educate customers about the future developments of the WSE’s activities including upcoming promotions, new stores opening, charges and rates
Compliance:
- Ensure all services provided by the function are compliant with the CBUAE and WSE policies & procedures.
- Raise any concerns surrounding compliance and risk related issues, either directly or through the whistleblowing procedure using risk.report@wallstreet.ae
- Be aware within the team and wider organization of the employee responsibility in working in a risk free and compliant manner.
- Attend risk and compliance awareness programs during the course of the employment whether it is as part of the on-boarding process or the annual refresher training.
Knowledge & Skills:
Essential:

Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Marketing, or equivalent demonstrable work experience
Relevant Experience:
Minimum 3 Years’ experience in a financial institution focused on Corporate and HNI customers
