Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and stakeholders in the UAE real estate market.
- Leverage a strong network to identify and attract potential investors, buyers, and partners.
- Act as the main point of contact, ensuring an exceptional client experience and addressing any concerns.
- Develop tailored client solutions that align with Reef Luxury Developments' high standards.
- Maintain an updated database of client information, preferences, and market trends.
- Identify new business opportunities and proactively engage in market research to keep strategies relevant.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Regularly update clients on project progress, property developments, and market opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales and engagement targets in line with company goals.
- Represent the brand at events, networking gatherings, and industry functions to increase brand visibility.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years as a Relationship Manager or in a similar role within the real estate development sector, with a proven track record in the UAE market.
- Extensive network of high-net-worth individuals, investors, and industry stakeholders across the UAE real estate sector.
- Strong aptitude for relationship-building, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage diverse clientele.
- In-depth understanding of the UAE real estate market, including trends, legal regulations, and investment dynamics.
- Confident in delivering presentations and pitches to clients and stakeholders, with a professional, polished approach.
