- Identify and target potential business banking clients in the UAE market.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Understand clients' financial needs and offer tailored business banking solutions.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting and sales techniques.

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of clients.

- Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial services.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.

- Knowledge of the UAE banking industry and regulatory requirements.

- Self-motivated and results-driven.

- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

- UAE driving license is preferred.
