We're seeking a passionate problem solver with a drive to unravel electromechanical mysteries and deliver tangible results. As part of our dynamic startup in the UAE, you'll take ownership of analyzing equipment performance, proactively identifying potential failures, and implementing reliability improvements that directly impact operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dig into systems engineering processes to pinpoint the root causes of equipment failures and inefficiencies.
- Project manage maintenance and process optimizations that drive continuous improvements in plant reliability, cost reduction, and safety.
- Model the Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) performance of systems to predict and prevent breakdowns.
- Execute the following activities for the project including:
- Modeling and performance evaluation.
- Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA).
- Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM).
- Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA).
- Level of Repair Analysis (LORA).
- Troubleshoot issues, analyze data, and implement solutions to keep equipment running at its peak.
MUST HAVE:
- Relentless problem-solving skills and the determination to get to the bottom of complex technical issues.
- Degree or appropriate qualifications in Electrical Engineering.
- Innate curiosity about how things work and a drive to find the best solution.
- Demonstrated experience with PLC, HMI and AC/DC drive systems.
- Self-starter attitude with a bias toward action and finding practical solutions.
- Software experience with MS Project, Office, CMMS, and AutoCAD.
- Experience with SCADA development and maintenance.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication across all levels of the business.
- High Voltage ring main knowledge.
- Industrial network exposure.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry.
