Research & Business Development Manager

Description:

A leading event management company based in Dubai, is looking for a Research & Business Development Manager for their team.

Manage the relationship with key clients for the company. Introduce new leads focused primarily on key accounts across International Market including venue spaces locally.

Position: Research & Business Development Manager

Location: Dubai

Reports to: Head of International Business

Responsibilities:

• Research the market to find potential leads both from an events and venues perspective.
• Create new leads and maintain periodical meetings with the assigned key clients to ensure revenue opportunities are maximized.
• Liaise with Marketing and PR team to promote the company’s services to the target clients.
• Work with Commercial and Project Management Team to ensure projects are delivered up to the client expectation.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree preferred in Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 5-8 years’ experience in events field or related industry.
• International Exposure preferred.
• Functional expertise in Sales and Business Development.
