Luxury Hotel in Dubai, UAE is looking for awesome people to join team and make guests happy
Duties include:
- Helping customers find the best travel options for their needs and budget
- Booking accommodation and transportation for customers on their desired dates
- Suggesting local attractions and places to visit for customers to enjoy their trip
- Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers
- Solving any issues that may come up with bookings or reservations
- Selling and promoting reservation services and special packages to customers
- Answering any questions customers may have about the reservation process
- Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of extra services or special deals, such as tour tickets, travel insurance, or upgraded seats/accommodations
Requirements
- Experience working in a hotel receptionist
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other necessary computer programs
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude even under high pressure
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Vaccinated or not against vaccination
