Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries for reservations via phone, email, or online platforms.
• Book accommodations, transportation, and other travel services as per client requirements.
• Modify, update, or cancel reservations as needed and ensure timely communication with customers.
• Provide personalized assistance to clients by understanding their preferences and needs.
• Address and resolve customer complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency..
• Serve as a liaison between clients, hotels, and other travel providers.
• Maintain clear and professional communication to ensure smooth coordination of travel plans.
• Build and sustain relationships with service providers and partners.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, client preferences, and special requests.
• Monitor booking schedules to prevent overbooking or discrepancies.
