Reservations Agent

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Reservations Agent who will be responsible for managing reservations department, maintaining and building client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.Reservationist will also be responsible for account and DATA management.

Qualifications

• Strong Hotel Reservation and account management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proven track record in revent field
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience in a Reservation with Hotels or travel industry is a plus
• Highly motivated and target-driven
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field
