As the Revenue Team Lead and Reservations Supervisor, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing revenue management strategies, pricing, and inventory allocation while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the reservations department. Team Leadership:

Supervising the reservations team, providing guidance and training.

Ensuring effective communication within the reservations department.

Guest Service:

Ensuring exceptional guest service during the reservation process.

Resolving guest issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
