Partnered with an ultra-luxury hotel in Dubai, we are excited to share that we are recruiting for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to join a sensational Mediterranean outlet. As Restaurant GM, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant profitability
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations, as well as health and safety guidelines
- Guide and motivate employees to exceed performance goals and company standards
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and update the menu according to trends and customer preferences
- Conduct regular inventory checks, manage food and beverage costs, and create budgets for the restaurant
- Create and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management
- Must be a fluent French speaker
- Knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations
- Familiarity with restaurant inventory and financial management practices
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays
- Passion for the hospitality industry and excellent attention to detail
