Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Restaurant efficiently in cost and expenses, constantly delivering the highest quality and menus served
- Set a sterling example in terms of service, products, and knowledge to the team, that reflects the concept of the outlet
- Always provide a professional and courteous service and ensure that all employees of the assigned outlet follow the set example
- Ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times
- Organize tastings of daily dishes and new menus
- Monitor operating supplies and equipment and reduce spoilage and wastage successfully
- Manage daily or weekly meetings with the kitchen teams and foster teamwork to constantly develop the outlet(s) for greater success
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in the outlet(s) in a courteous and efficient manner and report to the Head of Department / Assistant Head of Department ensuring that an effective follow-up is performed with the concerned guests
- Conduct monthly inventory of operating supplies and equipment together with the stewarding department
- Produce reports and analysis of the outlet and present the reports in the monthly performance meeting
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- A commitment to delivering exceptional F&B services with a passion
- A minimum of 3 years experience at a senior management level, from a 5* luxury hospitality/restaurant background (UAE experience desirable)
- Strong leadership and management skills
- The ability to build and maintain positive and effective relationships with the customers & team members
- Strong project, budget, and time management skills and an ability to work under pressure within set deadlines
- Ability to fluently speak multiple European languages will be an advantage.
- Ability to find creative solutions while taking ownership of all duties and tasks assigned
