Looking for Restaurant Manager for Arabic Grills & Kerala Restaurant in Sharjah

Responsibilities:

• Creative & Quality conscious, master in Kerala food and Grills,
• Good team leader and control costs, drive up revenue numbers.
• Able to develop new products.
• Implement a strict hygiene policy.
• Able to handle Administrative tasks like, manage financials, daily purchases, food cost reports, food safety logs, cleaning and sanitizing schedules, duty rotes, daily production plans, local marketing, social media marketing and coordinating outside caterings & parties.

Requirement:

• Excellent communication skills & restaurant management experience.
• Bachelor degree in Hospitality or related field.
