Restaurant Manager _ Female
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, direction, and supervision to all restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and support personnel.
- Ensure the restaurant is adequately staffed, conducting recruitment, training, and performance evaluations for all employees.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to maintain efficiency, quality, and consistency in service and food preparation.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships to control costs.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, reservations, and table assignments.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly, striving for excellent customer satisfaction.
- Create and execute marketing and promotional strategies to increase customer traffic and revenue.
- Manage the restaurant’s budget, analyze financial data, and prepare reports for the ownership or management team.
- Collaborate with the chef to develop and update the menu, ensuring variety and appealing offerings.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate objectives, policies, and changes.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering teamwork and staff morale.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and restaurant record-keeping.
- Perform other duties as required to ensure the restaurant’s success.
- Job Location: Al Ain, Abu Dhabi.
- Salary : upto 6000 AED
