To maintain and enhance our standards, we are looking for a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Leadership and Staff Management:
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent performance and teamwork.
  • Prepare schedules and manage shifts to maintain smooth daily operations.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to align staff with business goals and customer service expectations.

 

  • Customer Experience:
  • Ensure all guests have a memorable dining experience by maintaining high standards of service.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues professionally and promptly.
  • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction scores through continuous improvement efforts.

 

  • Daily Operations:
  • Oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including dining area and kitchen coordination.
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control in collaboration with the kitchen team.
  • Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and fully stocked for daily service.

 

  • Financial Oversight:
  • Monitor sales, expenses, and daily cash handling to meet financial goals.
  • Assist in cost control through effective inventory management and waste reduction.
  • Work with the team to maximize table turnover and optimize profitability during peak hours.

 

  • Compliance and Standards:
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and hygiene standards.
  • Conduct regular checks to maintain compliance with local laws and company policies.

 

  • Promotions and Events:
  • Assist with the planning and execution of restaurant promotions, events, and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the team to attract new customers and retain regular patrons.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and financial reporting.
  • Knowledge of Middle Eastern cuisine is a plus.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing excellent service.
