KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As the Restaurant Manager you will:
- Lead and inspire a team of passionate staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to attract beachgoers and locals alike.
- Collaborate with the kitchen to create and refine a menu that highlights seasonal ingredients.
- Manage inventory, budgets, and financial performance while optimizing profitability.
As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will:
- Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and team leadership.
- Assist in training and mentoring staff to deliver top-notch service.
- Help coordinate events and promotions that elevate the guest experience.
- Step in to manage shifts and resolve any guest concerns with a smile.
- Bring fresh ideas to the table to enhance our beachside vibe.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or leadership roles in a licensed beach club
- A passion for food and hospitality, with a flair for creativity.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, beachy environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
