Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Leasing Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must be ready to join immediately and will be responsible for leasing commercial properties, including malls, warehouses, offices, and other retail spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and attract potential tenants for various commercial properties, such as malls, warehouses, offices, etc.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and real estate agents.
- Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and lease agreements to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and tenant requirements to provide strategic leasing solutions.
- Coordinate with marketing and property management teams to ensure successful lease implementation and tenant satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain accurate leasing reports and documentation.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 06 years of experience in retail leasing, specifically with commercial properties in Dubai, such as malls, warehouses, and offices.
- Languages: Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
- Availability: Must be available to join immediately.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and property management processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets.
