Retail Manager

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Manager located in Sharjah. The Retail Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations, including customer service, team management, and sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and ensure customer satisfaction is met at all times.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Customer service and customer satisfaction oriented
• Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
• Proven experience in achieving sales targets and increasing revenue
• Knowledge of the furniture industry and interior design is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Should be able to close Targeted Sales every month. And should have sound knowledge in ready made products to achieve the targets every month by outsourcing from suppliers in local and international market.
• Managerial skillset is must and should have fluency in speaking professional Arabic & English.
