Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to increase sales in our retail channels, including brick-and-mortar stores and e-commerce platforms.
  • Improving new customer acquisition metrics in the MENA region by driving organic social media strategies, end-to-end campaign development, and integrated marketing strategy implementation.
  • Manage the company's social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, to engage with customers and drive brand awareness.
  • Direct successful marketing and PR programs to generate a positive return on investment by utilizing internal resources and fostering cooperation with regional agencies and sponsors.
  • Organize and execute events and promotions to increase foot fall in our retail stores.
  • Achieving success in measuring key performance indicators, analyzing campaign metrics to identify trends and shortcomings, devising remedial actions, and delivering incremental improvement in return on investment.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create effective in-store displays and promotions that drive sales and showcase our products.
  • Create and manage relationships with key industry influencers, media outlets, and bloggers to increase brand exposure.
  • Plan and execute esports events and tournaments, including sponsorships and partnerships with teams and leagues.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business goals.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure that all campaigns are cost-effective and generate a positive return on investment.
