Retail Salesperson

Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Salesperson with at least 1 year of experience in the perfume market to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fragrances, a deep understanding of the perfume industry, and a proven track record in sales. This role involves engaging with customers, providing expert advice on our extensive range of products, and driving sales to meet company targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach individual and overall sales targets
• Demonstrate profound product knowledge, promotions and advertisements
• Ensure that the shop cleanliness and hygiene standards are always maintained and all products are handled accordingly
• Maintain merchandise and ensure proper display, storage, etc.
• Assure smooth shop opening, closing if involved
• Ensure daily check lists are filled in when opening / closing
• Operate the cash register to accurately compute the price of the product and receive payment
• Arrange and package all gift orders according to the sale order in coordination with team and supervisors
• Accurately record the product usage in the system.
• Compute the retail price for the order
• Monitor stock levels

Experience requirement:

• Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
• Ability to build relationships with customers and peers
• Minimum 3 years Retail experience with 1 year in Perfume Industry
