Job Description:

 We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Salesperson to join our team. As a Retail Salesperson, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, showcasing the latest in computer hardware and technology, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in finding the products that best suit their needs.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations on a wide range of computer products, including laptops, desktops, peripherals, and accessories.
  • Maintain product knowledge to stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements.
  • Handle sales transactions, process payments, and manage returns/exchanges.
  • Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the store’s overall performance.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Work as part of a team to meet and exceed sales goals.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in technology or electronics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and peripherals is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, etc.) are an advantage.
